- Freelance-Secretary,
www.freelance-secretary.co.uk provides a functional and
convenient service for the independent freelancer and
business communities/individual persons.
Freelance-Secretary do not guarantee that the site or
server is free of viruses, errors, or other harmful
components.
- Every effort is made to
maintain this site and verify the validity of its users.
However, Freelance-Secretary does not express or imply
accountability for any transactions made between the
freelancer and project provider.
- Freelance-Secretary do
not personally endorse any of the products and/or
services that may be advertised on this site and will not
be held liable for any dissatisfaction with a
freelancer's performance, project provider's requirements
and/or private advertiser's services and
products.
- Any unauthorised use of
Freelance-Secretary, including, but not limited to,
unsolicited advertising ("spamming"), collection and/or
sale of user information, or the unauthorised
republication, in any format, of postings submitted to
this site may result in revocation of
membership.
- All the information
provided by you in the registration form or any other
data requests made through this site are true, accurate
and complete to the best of your knowledge. Any postings
made by you, including, but not limited to requests for
services or project proposals, bids on posted projects,
user experience and qualifications, personal and business
contact information are true, accurate and
complete.
- Freelance-Secretary has
the sole discretion to refuse any project that it deems
inappropriate.
- By registering with
Freelance-Secretary you are confirming that you are at
least 18 years old at the time of such registration and
capable of entering into a legal contract.
- Freelancers will adhere
to fair business policy, customer service and
professional standards.
- Freelancers will not
enter into an agreement if they are not qualified to
complete a project.
- Freelancers will work
with project providers to meet their requirements and
deadlines.
- Communication between
the two parties will be prompt and professional at all
times.
- Once a project has been
accepted, it is the responsibility of the freelancer to
maintain customer satisfaction. Repeated failure to
complete projects or cancellation of accepted projects
will result in revocation of membership.
- Project providers will
conduct themselves in a professional manner. All aspects
of the project and requirements must be stipulated so as
to avoid conflict/confusion. All projects must include a
set completion/deadline date. Sufficient time must be
provided for the freelancer to complete the
project.
- Project providers will
not require any free samples from the freelancer when
choosing a winning bidder.
- Project providers are
not required to select a winning bidder if a satisfactory
match cannot be found.
- If a project is deemed
to have differed from the original outline, the
freelancer has the right to request a new bidding
process.
- Freelance-Secretary.co.uk
have the sole discretion to revoke or refuse membership
at any time and without notice.
- Not all applications to
enrol on the tutorials are accepted, this is at the
discretion of Freelance-Secretary.co.uk.
- Any disputes will be
reviewed by Freelance-Secretary. Both sides will be given
ample opportunity to express their own views and
concerns.
- Complaints against a
registered freelancer and/or project provider will be
kept on file. Numerous complaints will results in
revocation of membership.
- By using the services
provided by Freelance-Secretary you are bound to
understand and agree to all terms.
